SHIPPING POLICY
TERNI offers a curated selection of pre-owned and vintage watches, fine jewelry, and made-to-order pieces.
In-stock watches and jewelry are generally prepared for shipment after payment, identity, and order details have been verified. For fraud prevention and insurance purposes, the billing and shipping addresses must match unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by TERNI in writing.
Made-to-order and customized jewelry is produced specifically for each client. The estimated production and delivery timeline will be provided at the time the quotation or order is approved. Production times may vary depending on material availability, complexity, and craftsmanship requirements.
All domestic watch and jewelry shipments are fully insured, require an adult signature, and are generally shipped using priority or overnight delivery. High-value orders may require additional identity verification before shipment.
TERNI reserves the right to delay or cancel an order when payment, identity, billing, shipping, or fraud-prevention requirements cannot be verified.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the client and are not collected or controlled by TERNI unless otherwise stated at checkout.
The declared value of every international shipment must accurately reflect the full purchase price of the watch or jewelry. TERNI cannot alter the declared value or mark a commercial purchase as a gift.
International customs procedures may delay delivery beyond the original carrier estimate. For information regarding local duties and taxes, please contact the customs authority in your country.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday will begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery estimates begin once an order has completed payment and identity verification. Carrier delays, weather interruptions, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside TERNI’s control may affect delivery times.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing contents, or shipping concerns must be reported to TERNI within 24 hours. Please retain all packaging materials while the matter is being reviewed.
RETURNS — WATCHES AND IN-STOCK JEWELRY
Eligible watches and in-stock jewelry may be returned within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition in which it was delivered

Free from scratches, sizing marks, alterations, damage, or signs of wear

Returned with all tags, boxes, documentation, accessories, links, and accompanying items

Returned without having been opened, polished, serviced, resized, engraved, customized, or otherwise modified
Before shipping a return, please email lia@liaterni.com with your order number, item information, and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved by TERNI before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Once approved, the return must be shipped within three business days. Return shipping, insurance, and signature confirmation are the responsibility of the client.
Due to the value and nature of watches and fine jewelry, all returns are inspected and authenticated upon receipt. TERNI reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct restoration, replacement, or service costs when an item is returned incomplete, damaged, altered, worn, or in a condition different from the condition in which it was delivered.
